Nadia: Ameel's family had been warned perhaps a little too strongly that I really don't like mithai. The result was that they all gave me the teeniest, tiniest bits to eat--so small that I can now proudly say that I've bitten every single one of my older female in-laws. Most women have to wait ages before they get around to doing that!
