Earthquake Relief Information: Donate Blood

With over three million people injured during the earthquake, hospitals and blood banks across the country are in desperate need of blood. If you can, please donate blood to PIMS, PRCS, Fatmid, HOPE or your nearest hospital/blood bank. Check out the American Red Cross' detailed blood donor guidelines before you do though. In general, you must be healthy, at least 17 years old, and not have donated blood in the last 8 weeks (56 days). Thank you for all your help.
